Hey - I've recently acquired a bunch of domains, and I am here to learn more about the business.
I've been in the hosting biz for many years, but know very little about the world of domain'ing.

Best/worst domain?

I've got a lot of co.uk's, but my worst domain is probably a .com:
who-ate-all-the-pies.com ?

I've got many "best" domains...but I think yoda.co.uk is my favorite.
Other favorites would be say.co.uk, angry.co.uk, evil.co.uk etc etc.

My name is Ditlev Bredahl, I was the CEO of a business called UK2Group (you probably know UK2.net from back in the old days). At UK2 I acquired Another.com ltd. and after selling UK2Group I've been running a business called OnApp.
The new owners of UK2Group found that Another.com was outside of their core business and I had a chance to acquire the full domain portfolio a few weeks ago.
I've always liked those domains, and felt that there was a chance to do a lot of fun stuff with them...so, that's the story.

no idea yet - yes, this was not a very well thought through investment. I am sure all those wonderful domains could be translated into business somehow :)

You probably need to decided what your stragey will be (ie. trim down - go for quality over quantity or hold onto them all until some decent offers come in). IMO some of the domains you've had offers on I wouldn't register if they were available however, some I would be selling for less than £xx,xxx. I know some large portfolio holders don't sell for peanuts as it doesn't matter to them.

The best of your names will sell themselves, you won't need anyones help. I'm sure with the quality of the names there you will get someone interested in a JV though.

Welcome to Acorn, a lot of your domains on Sedo I wouldn't bother regging myself but saying that I wouldn't have regged bond-girl.com and you say you have had offers.

Anyway you have some very nice .co.uks there must make sure you do something with them,maybe make a list of 5 of them and start working on them util they make a revenue and then do some more.

Welcome on board, i personally don't think much of the portfolio, i suspect most will be difficult to monetise.
