Help needed with Google Maps Widget

Ive dragged the widget across to the sidebar but how do I get it to display the map I need?
Do I need to put in the latitude and longitude and if so where do I get it from?
Help!!

Ive added the latitude and longitude but still the map isnt loading on my site :cry:
