Help! Want auto updates in wp-config - stuck

Hi, just need to know what code to place and where in the wp-config to turn auto updates on for both Wordpress version and plugins, it's this code:


define( 'WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE', false );

add_filter( 'auto_update_plugin', '__return_true' );


Any ideas if this is correct and where to place it?
