The domain Betfairy.co.uk seems redundant and I'd really like to obtain it. There are no contact details on the site and no contact details on the Whois.
Can anyone recommend how I go about getting my hands on it?

Sending you a PM with some previous contact details I found for them on Google, give me 2 minutes.

You could try a DRS, no doubt the registrant wasn't christened "Betfairy" and they have reg'd it as a UK individual, so you could have grounds on a false registration.

Although DRS'ing a possible TM name may not look to good tbh.

In this situation can't you ask nominet to check the registrants details are correct?

If your a company your not allowed to "opt out" of the whois.

I found a few domains registered by them with clearly fake details, such as:

I did find what appears to be a legit name, address and phone number for one domain they registered, which I pased on to the original poster via PM.

if you go to www.betfairy.com that page displays another contact addy as that's registered to the same person, and the .com Who-Is also has all fake registration details, listed as:
