I got this domain on the catch a few days ago.

Since then I have just about got the site up and running to the point that all it needs is to be filled with the products! Ignore the prices, I just dont want people purchasing at the moment.

I have arranged a good deal on dropshipping for the products for the site.

What do you think of the name/site?

There are alot of sellers on google with poorer variations of the name as this one was taken. I have had one offer already but obviously turned it down because of my plans for the name.

HIDKits.co.uk - HID Kits - HID Xenon Conversion Kits

Thanks!

Mat

I think I would have gone with a lower spec car, because that Audi R8 comes with the Xenon lights doesnt it ? So its not really a conversion.

I'd use a car that has been converted, most likely be Golf, C2, Polo, and other hot hatches that are likely to have these kits, so I'd use maybe the Golf R32, or if you wanted to show a TRUE conversion, give Phil at SQ+ a ring.

I've borrowed this car loads of times, all £108,000 worth of it, fantastic car, hydraulic suspension, remore door openers, remote engine start, a better stereo than most big night clubs, fantastic :)

The only downside is it only has 1 seat, in the middle of the car, so if you pull it it, she's on the roof, because the back is taken up with stereo and nos tanks.

However its a nice showcase of a conversion kit :P

Edit: More about Phil http://www.autotrader.co.uk/EDITORIAL/CARS/FEATURES/31275.html

I like the design Mat, nice and clean.

The only pointer i would say is to make the product boxes the same height on the homepage.

Also, the "quantity" field doesn't seem to be working. I just tried changing the number in the quantity box, pressed continue shopping, and when i went back to the shopping cart it was displaying as 1.

I agree about the product boxes! Something I will have to play around with once the site gets going.

As for the cart update, I just tested it and seems to work fine for me over the products.

Thanks.
