Only appraising to be polite.
Sorry I wish I could be positive but because I would not register it I see no resale value in it at all, the co.uk was only registered recently.
If you were going to try to monetize it there are probably better options.
Org's do have a market but not so much long tailed ones.

Big problem for domainers is that they tend too often to take the next best thing available and eventually you get to here.
Only winners are the registrars.
