Jay Daley said:Note, sometimes the response speed is below 10ms, which is much faster than v1.
bb99 said:What change did you make to cut the response time from what was usually greater than half a second (v1) to less than 10ms? That's quite a big drop considering there's probably more people using the DAC now than there were when I last measured the response time.
turnic said:I am getting blocked around 1 query per 100 ms. I opt not to give my IP here but my TAG is TURNIC-TR, which you can check the IP and logs.
turnic said:I am insisting that let people check with the speed they want and just put 216K per day quota. (or even increase that 216K too or just determine certain time of the day solely for drops).
turnic said:I also have this question which is asked by others. What is the handling limit of V2? What is daily average and peak number of queries for example yesterday? How did you determine that 120 ms speed?
turnic said:Do you have any comment on the fact that drops are caught by 3 tags and others are getting hot air. Do you explain this just by "their scripts are powerful than others". then I will say I am checking with 80 to 120 ms speed which is bound by your limits and still got hot air.

Prenoms are actually due.

New version of the DAC appears to be a huge improvement. One thing I personally would find useful is the ability to find out from the DAC how much of my limit I have used up during the last 24 hours. ie. send "stats" to the dac and get back a message saying something like "201,232 requests in last 24 hours".
