How much could I get for this website?

Hi All,

I currently have a site which is making me about 2k per month. It uses nothing but organic SEO so the only outgoing is hosting.

Traffic is about 2000 - 3000 uniques a day.

It is a .com domain name and traffic is worldwide.

I have stats for the past year of it making so much as well as traffic stats.

Sometimes I wonder whether it is worth selling or if I should keep on making 2k a month without doing anything.

What sort of figures could I expect?

As a bare bones people use a x12 to 24mth earnings multiplier usually but you need to factor in other aspects such as domain value and site longevity etc..

Thanks. The domain isn't outstanding so I guess that would knock the price down.

The only impressive figures are traffic and earnings.

So 12 times the earning is 24k, sound about right?
