How to sell .com/.co.uk pairs

I have quite a few pairs of domain names where I have both the .com and the .co.uk. I would appreciate your views on the best ways to market and sell those pairs please : target audience, auction site, pricing, etc - thank you.

1. Let's assume that the .co.uk is eligible for .uk.

2. Let's consider the two scenarios where (a) the name has a clear UK geographic association and (b) the name is location neutral (and spelled the same in British English and American English).

3. Let's assume a preference to sell both as a pair (and definitely not hiding the ownership of both from a potential buyer).

I'd wait until the .uk comes out - it's only 6 weeks away now - then offer all 3 as a single "set" and have all 3 versions of the domain redirect to the same for sale page (which lists all 3 domains on it). That way, you maximise the chance of a sale and increase the sense of urgency since it's clear that once they're sold, that's ALL credible variants off the market for good.
