I've been on the receiving end of trademark infringements a few times - back in the days when squatting wasn't considered too bad 
But those days are gone, once the solicitors letters start arriving it gets quite scary. Microsoft were the worst for me. I definitely wouldn't fancy taking on Apple LOL
