If you scroll up and down that page really quickly in a dark room it makes you feel sick! :lol:

Nice find, i've not seen a chart like that before!

And if you want to check out an existing site's theme colours you can use the firefox extension found at:

http://www.iosart.com/firefox/colorzilla/

I find that really handy!
