hyphen Domains

Evening guys and girls,

i have a questions regarding hyphen domains, is a double hyphen ok? for example wwww-wwww-wwww.co.uk Even if the uk local exact searches are 301,000 also says competition is low (not sure if that's good or bad)

Any advice would be great, Thank you

Also the domain is question does have a little history back from 2008 till 2010..
