Doesn't seem much between them keyword wise so I'd be inclinded to go with short & memorable. Why not sell them all and try and buy usbflashdrives.co.uk on sedo.

6 months ago I bought 7 org.uk usb stick domains as a test. zero SEO zero posting, I have never posted the domains online. Two of the domains get ~60 hits a month which turns into ~20 clicks (paid for the test). If you are looking for traffic, bin domains with no traffic and test buying good keyword org.uk domains.

For example, the domain sji2671 posted was one of the org.uk domains I bought.
