Interesting. Didn't realise so many were at it (that is, approaching suspended domain owners).
I only stumbled across it, as I saw "renewed" on domainlore and I have been watching the whois to see if one of us had got to them before the drop (esp as the prebid was up to £850)
Or maybe just a way of marketing something… Strange that the people that were contacting the owner were not offering enough hence they did not get the domain…
That would make it look as if the owner had placed a value on it at which if the price was not achieved he would not sell… Now why would you have a value for something you were about to let drop

Hasn't it always been that wayits breeding a first strike mentality, where by people are contacting directly first because they know someone else will, so may as well.
Am I missing something with this one, what got people onto it, as it wasn'r nlr, rr or suspended as far as i knew, or was it?
