I have an insurance related .at domain. At the time of purchase I thought it was good but on the basis I still haven't developed it into a site I'm beginning to doubt myself.

What are the SEs current stance on .at extensions?

They don't seem too bad. Just make sure you are aware of any geo location pitfalls, in particular with the location of your server.
