we think it is madness for a 3L .net at that price.... how will the buyer get 1) their money back and 2) any sleep

would it not be better to buy a .com and develop it, instead of a .net?

yeh thats the top figure we would have thought... seems that the quiet summer period in DNing is not so quiet! maybe everyone is getting out of REAL ESTATE and getting into VIRTUAL RE before the coming crash!
