A unnatural links warning doesn't always come with a penalty and it's not always an indication they think your site is doing something wrong.

Cheers for that link... Hard to think that the BBC site could ever get in trouble, they must be immune with their content/link situation!! Interesting about next Penguin targeting low quality merchants... I.e. Affiliates beware!!
