Internal co.uk Transfers

Does transferring a .co.uk name via domain monster Internal Transfers process change ownership with nominet.
The name was originally registered at godaddy and for some reason doesn’t show up in my nominet account even though whois shows my details.
A quick google search shows there might be some issues with godaddy and .co.uk's could really do without any more issues with this particular name in question.

No, you still have to do a Nominet transfer for the new owners details to appear in the Who-Is, you will not own the domain until the transfer has been completed.

Thanks Systreg I feared that might be the case. guess I'll just have to wait for nominet to get back to me as to why the domains not listed in my account in the first place.
