Investor or purchaser

At the moment I am putting together a property deal and looking to raise some money. Talking with one of the members and seeing current discussions got me thinking.
I am willing to sell domainview or take an investor for a fixed return to try and get the final amount I will need for this deal. I will be looking at 5 figures for either based on earnings so please don't contact me if this is not something you can afford.
I'll endeavour to answer all PMs but will not be answering anyone I feel is just having a 'nosey' if that makes sense
