iPad Pro, Surface Pro or other?

Hi,

I want a pad of some kind for using when taking notes that can be easily converted to text. I'm guessing the iPad pro has this feature, and I think the Surface would come with One Note.

I'm used to Macs, but will consider anything.

Ideally I'd buy second-hand and not want to pay much more than £400.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Depends what you want to do. iPad was daddy. But had surface pro i7 for 3 years now, a much better machine for serious work. Won't get much for 400 bucks though. Make sure it's an i7 with 8gb ram min.

OK - I'll keep an eye open for a decent second-hand Surface Pro.

Will have to catch up again when I'm next in Bridport.
