The TM for jammydodger has been dead since 2002. Tim is right, it is actually jammie dodger. They paid £245,000 to protect a typo.

So presumably their basis of court action was for misrepresentation of the name, but providing JMI wasn't actively promoting competing ads (which I'm not sure if DM does) then they had little chance of success. Amazing result. Would be interested to learn more.

it's a little strange to pay £245,000 for protecting a typo in fact no traffic result for both jammydodger.co.uk/jammidodger.co.uk in similarweb so why protect typo with no traffic at all
