Has anyone got any pointers to a simple tutorial on creating a form slider, where clicking "Next" brings in new fields on the form. I'm new to jQuery, [ie. never used it] but I've been told that's the way to do it?

So basically I want to slide in fields on a form rather than have all fields displayed in one go!

Try this puppy - a couple of variations and you can download in a zip file..

'Sliding in' is more css animations - which can be done with jQuery. You're more thinking of hidden form fields being displayed either by slide or fade in when another field is checked / completed?
