Krystal have eventually sorted out their billing system, taken my payment, apologised for the problems, then suspended my account!
Their phone diverts to a new number which answers then goes to an engaged tone.
If anyone from Krystal happens to read this, could you unsuspend my account, please?

Just got an email from them before about a new number is this what you tried 02033 97 1000
Also when I last had an issue just sent the owner an email it was answered and dealt with in minutes his contact email is on his profile here

All my sites hosted with Krystal are currently down or loading extremely slow.

Their website isn't working properly either.
