I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error on my sites - anybody else any problems with Krystal hosted sites at the moment?

I was just looking for a new host for my 50+ sites, think I'll give these guys a miss!!

All fixed - looks like one of my sites got corrupted and caused some issues for the server.

I'd like to point out that all problems in this post were related to the user or their site in particular and were not "Downtime" at all.

We have multiple places that our clients can find out if there are problems affecting servers, the best one being http://krystalstatus.co.uk/ - If there isn't an issue flagged there, then there isn't a problem globally with a service.

You can also check our independently monitored uptime at Pingdom: http://stats.pingdom.com/hnmnh8bigv7i and also netcraft: http://uptime.netcraft.com/perf/reports/performance/Hosters?orderby=epercent&tn=february_2012

So maybe you'll give us a second thought... If you have any questions at all then give me a call any time tomorrow.

Been with them a while now and never had a problem. When I have needed help they have been quick and done more than asked. Great guys who I have recomended to others

That's fair enough really, if I went by every 1 person having a problem with a host I'd end up using no one! And like you said it was more on their side than the host itself.

I would recommend Krystal to anyone, great service, fast personal response from support.
Plenty of ways to get in touch with them if required.
Best host I have used in the last 10 or so years.
