Link or URL Extraction from web pages?

Does anyone know where I can find a good url extractor? I have a tool that will pull all the keywords off a webpage, down to a customisable level of links from that web page. But does anyone know of a good free tool that does this for urls of the links that are on the page?

I use Xenu to do this. If it's just a single page from a live website then I view source, copy the page to my computer and then Xenu it from there.

We use Xenu too, it is a great tool. Shame you cannot copy and paste the results without saving it as a file first.
