I've downloaded a list of links, linking to my website from my google webmaster panel linking to my website.

How can I check the list to see if they are follow/no follow?

any suggestions please?

You'd have to go to the websites individually, view the source code (right click on their site > view source) and look for the rel="nofollow" in the link.

There are better ways if you're prepared to pay for other tools such as SEOMoz or Ahrefs.
 
In fact you may be able to install the seomoz extension for chrome.

then there is a handy feature in there which shows followed/nofollowed
