Is there a simple way in your online Nominet account (either as Registrar or Registrant) of producing a list of domains where you've initiated the transfer but the customer hasn't yet accepted it?

Email them and ask them if it is possible to add as may be useful. They always seem open to neew ideas from what I have seen.

They changed the way nameservers are added after suggestions and whoever came up with the name way has done a decent job, much easier now in the web control panel.

They don't even send an email letting you know they had sent the notification, had to kept emailing clients and telling them to double check their junk mails.

With the transfer fees they're charging, you would have expect it to be better than others where most are free.
