Hi,
So I got involved in discussion about LL.co.uk and LL.uk domains on OP's sales thread at NamePros: here is a link
Genuinely, I wanted to find out a bit more about LL.co.uk myself, so from almost no knowledge at all, I got to the point where LL.co.uk have been auctioned by the Nominet in September 2011. I understand, that current LL.co.uk owner has rights for LL.uk (as it is with all UK domains)
What I am still wondering about tough, let say for a fact, LL.co.uk or LL.uk owner let it drop by accident. Would the Nominet tag holders be allowed to fight out for it, or Nominet has rights to hold the name back and auction it at later date?
