Just saw a name loansrightnow.co.uk go for £5100 on eBay, what does anyone think of that and the main part of my question was can anyone give me an idea on a value for

LoanShopper.co.uk its up on a holding page, www.loanshopper.co.uk has its own logo, it also has an affiliate deal with Smart-Quotes but I've never done anything with it.

Had enough of the Web and I'm getting out to find some peace of mind and some sanity. All of my names will be for sale once I find a decent script to get them up on.

i have been with smart-quotes for a while now and had thousands of clicks without a penny so i don't think much of them, pugyrob is the person you want to contact because he is Mr Finance, apparently he has a new contact that has some good deals for affiliate marketing i should send him a pm,all the best with your site.

Thanks deliajen, I think smart quotes have some good deals but as I said I havent been bothered to set up the api - and I really have had enough of the web so all the names are going to go.

When I saw that on ebay I didnt believe it - but would like some feedback on LoanShopper because its a strong name in a good market but I dont know what to pitch it at??

That ebay auction looks well dodgy to me, I'll be watching the whois on that one and will be very suprised if it changes.

Grant

Yep Grant me too; I actually contacted the owner via their ebay account and asked if it was a "wind up" but they sent me an email back saying:

No wind-up the name sold for £5,100

Dont know if I believe it though as I would have thought that name would have been worth (to the right person) around £500 and mine a grand or thereabouts.

Maybe I'll stick mine on NoBay lol
