(I would have called their support, but it's Friday night...)

I tried to change the email address associated with our Nominet Membership account, and although it gave an "access denied" error page, the process also somehow locked me out of our main account. Now all I can see when I use the "old" login credentials is the Dashboard with the list of options below. In other words, what you would see if you log in on a tag rather than under the main membership.

(The new login credentials clearly didn't register since they don't do anything at all.)

Has anyone come across a similar situation, and if so how did you fix it?

If nobody is able to help I'll call them on Monday morning and get it sorted out, but it makes me a little nervous not having access to the Admin back-end, billing etc.

I guess that number would apply, does state "For technical emergencies preventing the registration and renewal of domain names".

Thanks, I'll give that a shot in a couple of hours when I'm back on a landline.
