I tend to think that if you have a five word keyword domain, you might just as well have a six word, so I would get holidaylodgesinthelakedistrict.co.uk at reg fee. Or lodgeslakedistrict.co.uk
The longer the keyword search term the more permutations available, it's always been the way. So good for your own S.E.O but resale, difficult.

I think it is too long to be very valuable and it is also not very old so it won't carry power etc from an age perspective so there is no value here either. I don't think you will find this easy to sell to an end user due to the length and therefore I think the only buyers may be domainers for a quick exact match build and they are unlikely to pay much for this due to the points above. Sorry they are my thoughts

I agree with the other comments. The domain name is just too long.

You would be better off promoting it a lot and placing ads on it
