Looking for a nice property to rent for a family function in October 2015 (1 week). It must accommodate around 12 people, be dog friendly, have a swimming pool/games room/spa, numerous bedrooms/bathrooms, etc.

Ideally situated in a nice area with other attractions locally, anywhere considered, but more central England could be best.

If you have a property or could recommend any, would appreciate your comments, thanks! :)

If your group drops to 10 people, this was a nice place (stayed there a couple of months ago). Room configuration is 1 double, 2 singles, 3 singles, 1 double + 1 single for a total of 4 rooms and 10 people.

There was a small but perfectly usable indoor pool, and a games room with (half-size?) snooker table, table football etc. Offroad parking for 4-5 cars depending on their size and your adeptness at parking.

It's a couple of miles walk from Weymouth (nice cliff walks) and there are some lovely villages nearby. Oh, and there's an amazing tank museum about 45 minutes away (forgot the name of the place).

Here's the property details: http://www.dream-cottages.co.uk/cottage-details/BAYT/

NOTE: we don't have pets, so you would have to ask about dogs.
