Local (UK) Search Volume (Exact) => 390

Not really worth much IMO I'm afraid - I think maybe you've got the country set to US, but that's not really relevant for a .co.uk domain.

It depends on which version of the tool you're using, one shows 390, the other 480. Either way it's a lot less than your original quoted 60,500 don't you think?
