Magento 2 - Email Template Help Needed

Morning...

Are there any Magento 2 developers out there that have a very good working knowledge of the email template system?

We have had a bespoke template done - but looking at the code that has been created by this 'expert' - it looks completely bloated and would be very difficult to work with. It resolves pretty much fine when we get an email through, but just need a sanity check.

I am no expert - so wondering if someone could take a look at it.

Happy to pay - especially if you can really tidy it up - without losing the design!
