Huger paid $7 to register with godaddy.com and $5 to buy the domain. His profit: $34,988.

I don't get it - He had to pay $7 to register? Is that an inaccuracy or is there a fee for GD's auctions or something else?

This guy got very lucky that they bought the name - why wouldn't they just act anonymous and offer a few grand? Unless they did at first.
