I have few similar "scientific" domains, they are quite difficult to market. In your case it would most probably suit for tutors / directory.

I guess high £xx would be a fair deal.

Pretty difficult to commercialise. I would probably end up trying to sell books via Amazon and value it on that revenue potential.
