Mending Britain is a pretty ambitious project!

When I look at the first screen view of the site, I feel it needs a much clearer call to action - a button or similar. You need to introduce the visitor to the site better, things need to be more obvious. I believe in conveying all the most important points without having to scroll.

I think you would get some traffic from that forum, as there are quite a few people there that like discussing such issues.
