You don't need them.

All it is doing is getting your text and putting the correct code around it.

Or are you aware of that? I am still not sure what you are looking for or why? Do you simply just want it to help you put them in code? It is quite simple...

I have heard of meta tag examiner but nothing about generator...
Anyway it is not that hard to create your meta tags yourself.
