The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc had already won:

DRS 03719 privelage.co.uk

DRS 03676 rbsint.co.uk privalige.co.uk

DRS 03744 privilige.co.uk

DRS 03806 natwestcards.co.uk privalege.co.uk

DRS 03809 priveledge.co.uk

And lost the privalige.co.uk Appeal

Now three more have appeared online: Decisions

DRS 03931 natweststockbroker.co.uk

DRS 03952 online-rbs.co.uk

DRS 03953 onlinerbs.co.uk

So thats 8 DRS cases (£6000 + VAT) and 1 Appeal (£3000 + VAT which Morrison had to pay) since June 2006 ?

It's a pi** in the ocean for a company like that though aint it? If they're anything like Barclays, all they have to do is mug 6 customers on debt fees for a year and they've got the money back. I said to the Barclays girl the other night "you're stealing my money" She got a bit upset and put the phone down.

Agreed with Lee , that is sod all really , there must be a few that have been settled in the DRS as well.

With PRSS it is quite easy to see future targets no doubt !

What concerns me is the very high % of "Transfer" results these days.
Have a look at results 1000-2000 ( Decisions ) and the success rate was much lower than it is today.

I say 'the web has given every mortal an equal opportunity to make it big....BUT the powers at be are trying to suffocate modern day entrepreneural skill....I must admit there are blatant abuse BUT entreprenuership at its best....we must encompass all this and make britain more prosperous...suffocation leads to death

Good obs. there Invincible, i think you're right to point out the lack of replies.

I think it is interesting for someone to highlight the RBS DRS's, but when one looks at the names involved, i am not surprised at the results to be fair.

I would hope however that it doesn't incline them to believe they can win every DRS claim in the future, especially the less clear cases that may exist.

Do you remember when Arsenal just kept on winning, then an unknown scouser came along and launched his career on the back of the fact that they didn't see him coming. Not many people remember the games Arsenal won, but we all remember that one they lost.

Beware the unknown scouser (so to speak)!

privalige.co.uk is set as suspended, and due to drop... why? after all the hastle!
