Moving .net and .coms

I need to move .net and .coms to another registrar for free without paying extra money for renewals, is it possible?

Hi Lee,
why do you need to move them ? It's just sometimes if you're with a registrar like enom. Some accounts pay $29.95 per year renewals & you can get other enom accounts that are like $8.00 per year. You can just push them. Which registrar are you with at present?
