sorry if this thread already been rasied, but I cant find anything on it.

was just wondering if they worth the reg free (which is low) what the general opinion of the .Name TLd was and has anyone had any success with them.

I realise that the world is just getting to grips with .com & .co.uk s for typins etc but I thought maybe generic dictionary words must be worth something maybe for creating doorways etc - www.property.name or shop.name?

domains using the 2d lvl Tld - my.shop.name probaly just gash?

I think the .name ext. is for personal non business use only! So I don't think you can register business.name! I think the ext. was added so that if you can't get the name you will be able to get it under that ext.

is it worth anything? only to the person who can't get their name under other ext. resale value $0
