Need a logo upscaling (logo designer)

I have a logo that was purchased many moons ago but unfortunately don't have the original psd etc so only have a small sized version. Is anyone on here a decent designer that could copy the logo in a format that would allow for it to be resized/upscaled without any loss of quality? I need the logo to produce a stamp etc for a project.

The logo is basic, black and white, simple lines, nothing fancy; just beyond my skill set.

A fiverr gig for 'logo to vector' should sort you out if it's a simple design.
