Wanted: Website Need an established site and/or content rich site.

I need a site that satisfies any one of the following;

* a regular userbase (i.e. an active forum or other community)

* a lot of content (that is 90%+ UNIQUE)

* a regular income (either ads or affiliates, etc)


...should anybody have something that they're looking to cash in on, drop me a line. I'm looking for the domain name as well as all of the working site files.
