Wanted: Domain Appraisal niclas.eu - sell for how much?

Received an offer for niclas.eu which is a popular name in Germany. Guy wants to buy it for his kid, but says he can't afford too much. He refuses to make a bid and wants me to suggest a price.

It's one of the ten most popular names for German boys born this year, so will certainly continue to have value.

Better to sell now for, say, €500 or hold out for eus to become more popular, all these Niclases to grow up, and parents willing to fork out more €€€s to buy vanity domain names for them?

Put it this way, if it was one of the top ten UK boys names then I would want way more than €500.

Azam, I think this is the old catch 22 situ. Youve got to decide I guess whether your playing a long or short game. Thats it in a nutshell really. If you need cash now then sell ,if not keep it. Ive sold many a domain that, if I had plenty of cash, which I dont, I would have kept for "old times sakes" (I get attached to my domains and cant bear to part with them !).
