Probably because outside of the election, they unfortunately see the opinions of Members as less relevant than those of other stakeholders such as registrars, govt and Nominet themselves.

Is it right? No! Is it true? Almost certainly...

I think that depends a lot on the people..
I think some people will show interest all the time, while others will only show interest when they need a vote ..
