Nominet quoting selling .uks are legal

Can anyone point me in the right direction on Nominets website or DRS case where they have mentioned it is legal to sell .uk domain names.

Are you talking about section 4d in the drs policy

d. Trading in domain names for profit, and holding a large portfolio of domain names, are of themselves lawful activities. The Expert will review each case on its merits.

a full text search for snippets of the above should bring up a number of cases were this has been argued successfully.
of the top of my head I think oasis.co.uk is used a bit

Only just realised this fancy new site of there's seems to be wp based. Wp is a great platform for the masses to throw up a quick site
surely the UK registry can spend a bit more a get a serious developer to build a site maybe that's why they need all this extra cash

Thank you for the link and appreciate your time in looking. I agree about the site, it is worse than before and being on a WP? I questioned this but got shot down .

Reason i ask for the above is i am putting a FAQ on my site and thought it would be a good idea to put this in, as i am getting so many your illegal activities selling domain names blah blah so going to send them to the links in future.
