Domain Names registered in the .co.uk SLD are intended to be used for commercial purposes, and the Third Level Domains are intended to reflect and be related to these purposes.
Does this mean that companies/individuals can only register .CO.UK domains for commercial purposes? Or that only companies/individuals engaged in commercial activities can purchase/register .CO.UK domains?
I am based in Portugal and buy and sell .CO.UK domains as a business. Does that count as a commercial activity? Just making sure I have the rights to buy/sell .CO.UK domains.
