Nominet WEB DOMAIN MANAGER question

Hi all, I'm sure I'm loosing my mind. Can anyone explain to me how to accept a domain transfer that has been sent to my TAG?

I've received an email from Nominet directing me to the Web Domain Manager but I can't see any options to accept and the domain doesn't appear in my domain list.

Isn't it towards the bottom left in domain manager to accept the handshake?

just checked nothing under Lisa Api for me. I've not changed anything to automatically accept tranfers. I'll speak with nominet on Tuesday , thanks for all your help
