From 17 May, members will be able to access the zone file for all the domains we manage, as well as a file of all registered domains.
Individual copies of the zone file for each extension (.uk, co.uk, ltd.uk,me.uk, net.uk, org.uk, plc.uk, sch.uk) will be made available. These will have all the resource records associated with each zone but no WHOIS data.
The file of all registered domains will include active domains that are suspended or without an associated name server – information that does not appear in the zone file.
Both files will be a snapshot of the registry, taken at 8:30am(BST) and will be available from 9:00am the following day.
