What do you mean your "Nominet Account"?

Unless you are a member of Nominet, they would show in your registrar's account, and you can do a WHOIS at Nominet to check it's in your name.

You will need to do a password reset, this will force the new domains to show up. It's a bug that's been there from day one, not sure why they haven't fixed it yet.

I have one .co.uk domain that was registered on Oct 22nd that is still not listed in my Nominet online services, I just reset my password and it's still not there

Are you sure it wasn't registered with a different admin email address?

Grant

Hi Grant, yeah, just checked, and it was registered with the same email address.

The only difference was, it was registered at a different registrar to 123-reg, where all my other UK domains are with, all the 123 domains are listed, just the one from Dynadot that isn't.

That will be in a seperate account under the same email address. When you login with your normal email it should give you a second screen where you can choose which account to log into from a drop down box.

If you're not getting that option you will probably need to call Nom.

@ Grant, when I used to login to online service, it would give a second screen with the drop down menu, but I no longer get that as I migrated all my domains to one account, so it just logs straight in to that one after logging in on the first page.

At no point has the missing domain ever been listed in the drop down menu even before migrating the others, I'll have a word with Dynadot before getting in touch with Nominet, cheers.

You'll need to ring Nominet then mate, it's nothing to do with Dynadot at all. While you're on ask them why there is virtually no documentation/help to go with a system that is so complicated the average user can't fathom it out!

This drives me up the wall.

Is there a way of getting from one account to another without having to logout and login again?
